The content I create on my site are twofold. First of all, you have the classic blog. That doesn't changes. It's a classic chronologic order and semi polished blog posts. I write them, I review them and they are usually self sustained. Even if they may be part of a series, they have a purpose, something to share.

The second kind of content is what I call "my digital forest". It is my own version of a digital garden.. In short, it's a different view on publishing online. Instead of being a chronological sequence of finished articles, it's rather seen as an ever in progress work of articles that evolves with time. A publishing date is less relevant that its subject. The parallel with a garden is that you can have articles that are just planted, or that have grown since a long time. The author (the gardener) takes care of its garden and make it grow. It's also seen as a place of experiment, away for the established clean environnement that's usually assumed with blogs.

Why then a forest instead of a garden? Well, because I love nature and I love forest, and mountains. So I see my own home in internet as being among a forest, that I discover, that I hike thru and that I explore. So instead of me forcing nature into a garden that has to be taken care of in order to grow, I see ideas and knowledge as being existing out there in the world, growing, mixing and evolving without me needing to play a role in there. All I have to do is explore and then whenever I discover or learn something in this forest, I will document it. I may also plant some trees from time to time but that's another story.

This means that the forest page is created as a forest map that will grow, or get completed as I explore and document.

And as a final note, I don't use gen AI for writing or generating my content. So be assured, it's me who write and review the articles I publish. I do use tools for grammar checking.
